Duties/Responsibilities

Review and decide on exterior aesthetics of multi-family, commercial, and industrial properties.

Membership requirement:

  • Either a resident or have a business in the City
  • Financial Disclosure Statement: REQUIRED

Membership makeup:

  • 5 members - 1 from each District, 1 at large
  • 5 alternates - 1 from each District, 1 at large 
  • At least one (1) Florida registered architect
  • At least one (1) Florida registered landscape architect
  • At least one (1) sign contractor
  • The remaining members must be either:
    • A Florida registered professional engineer
    • A Florida licensed general contractor
    • An urban planner
    • Possess a Fine Arts degree or own a business in a similar background
