Financial Services

The Department of Financial Services is responsible for the financial management and planning of the City. This includes establishing and maintaining effective controls over the City's financial activities, providing accurate financial information in a timely manner, and complying with applicable federal, state, local, and various accounting regulations. 

Financial Services is comprised of three main divisions:

  1. Finance (Utility Collections, Business Tax Receipts, Parking, and Financial Reporting)
  2. Budget and Performance Management
  3. Procurement and Contract Administration.
